Trevilpress CP is a space saving cuff and collar press with high performance to be used with a shirt finisher available with or without boiler.
MAIN FEATURES
PTFE covered heads
A PTFE coating on the hot heads prevents shine on dark colors. This coating uses the same technology widely used for cookware: it resists to high temperature, to friction and to cleaning.
Automatic suction
The suction motor starts automatically when the operator presses the buck by placing the collar.
Collar tensioning
The collar tensioning system recovers the shrinkage that may have occurred during washing.
Hook
The convenient hook allows to hang pressed shirts waiting to be finished on the shirt machine.
Custom designed shirt basket
This basket for wet shirts is conveniently mounted on casters and features spring loaded bottom to prevent operator fatigue. Its custom design fits perfectly under the press.
Electronic programming
The electronic programmer can store up to 10 programs for different kinds of shirts. Each program can be modified according to individual needs.
Built-in boiler
Two sizes available:
- 6 kW boiler to feed only the press
- 30 kW boiler to feed the press and a shirt finisher.
Both sizes include a feed pump and electronic control of the water level.
