A conventional trouser finishing station consists of a topper and a leg press and takes up around 4.5 square metres of floor space. Pantastar performs the same functions as a topper and a leg press but occupies only 2.5 square metres, including the operator station.

A LEG PRESS SO EASY TO USE THAT ANYBODY CAN ACHIEVE A PERFECT CREASE
After finishing the waistband, Pantastar automatically folds the trousers and presses a perfect crease, with no need for supervision by an experienced leg press operator.
Selective steaming and adjustable pressure safeguard even the most delicate fabrics.
EASY TROUBLESHOOTING THANKS TO AN INTEGRATED DIAGNOSTIC MODULE
The touchscreen console provides functions for easy programming, fault detection and troubleshooting.
The integrated software lets you:
- Save personal progams to a USB flash memory and transfer them to another machine.
- Download software updates from the Internet and install them easily in the machine.
- Run the machine in test mode to check or adjust each device independently.

The cuff clamps work in three different modes, for creased trousers, uncreased and jeans.

Powerful steaming during the topper cycle removes the old crease from a variety of fabrics and the reference pins help the operator placing the trousers correctly.
As long as the operator aligns the crease correctly the Pantastar will not make a double crease.

If you are using a topper and a press for your trousers you will get the same quality from the Pantastar, but with no need for an experienced presser.
