Pantastar incorpora le funzioni di un topper, con l’aggiunta di caratteristiche avanzate brevettate da Trevil
A tessuti diversi deve corrispondere una diversa forza di tensionamento. Pantastar ha due regolazioni separate per il tensionamento del bacino e il tensonamento della gamba.
Il Sistema anti deformazione protegge dalla distorsione i tessuti delicati ed elasticizzati.
La forza di soffiaggio può essere facilmente regolata in qualsiasi momento del ciclo tramite la regolazione elettronica posta sul pannello frontale.
Per i pantaloni con le pince si possono utilizzare le pale anteriore. Il software permette di programmare un breve ciclo di pre vaporizzazione per iniettare vapore nell’area delle pince prima di chiudere le pale.
Pantastar utilizza il sistema brevettato TreviXpand che trattiene la cintura dei pantaloni in tre punti, ed è in grado di regolare la rotondità del bacino in base alla foggia dei pantaloni. Per esempio, utilizza una forma più rotonda per i pantaloni classici e una forma più piatta per i jeans.
Utilizza la regolazione di rotondità in combinazione con le pale per le pince per ottenere la miglior qualità di stiratura del bacino, con qualsiasi tessuto e stile.

Il disegno delle pinze per gli orli permette una stiratura senza deformazioni, con qualsiasi tessuto o stile di orlo.
Le pinze afferrano gli orli per imprimere tensione verticale alla gamba. Questo rende possibile stirare tessuti elasticizzati e orli con spacco. Qualora fosse invece necessario tendere l’orlo dall’interno per stendere una cucitura che si è ritirata nel lavaggio, è possibile inserire i tendiorlo incorporati nella pinza.
Le pinze orlo ruotano di 90 gradi, permettendo di usare Pantastar come topper per pantaloni senza piega.
Le pinze hanno inoltre la funzione tendiorlo che permette, solo quando necessario, di tendere l’orlo dall’interno (ideale per pantaloni lavati con wetcleaning).
Durante l’utilizzo della macchina la funzione di ricerca guasti sempre attiva segnala se ci sono anomalie e consente di segnalarle tempestivamente e con chiarezza all’assistenza tecnica.
Grazie all’interfaccia USB è possibile aggiornare il software all’ultima versione o inviare eventuali segnalazioni di errori.

Different types of fabric require different tensioning strength. Pantastar has independent adjustment of waistband tensioning and leg vertical tensioning.
The Antistretch system protects from distortion delicate items and fabric with spandex content.
Blowing strength is easily adjusted at any time during the cycle by means of a dial located on the front panel.
The front clamps may be activated for pleated trousers. The software also allows fror some seconds of pre-steaming prior to closing the clamps.
The Pantastar uses the patented TreviXpand device that holds the waistband in three points, and is able to adjust the roundness of the waistband according to the style of the trousers. For example, use a rounder shape for suit trousers, and a flat shape for jeans.
Use the roundness adjustment in combination witht the pleat paddles to obtain the best finishing result, regardless of style and size.

The design of the hem clamps allows to finish without deformation any fabric or hem style.
The clamps grab the hem to tension the leg. This allows to finish elastic fabric and hems with a slit. However, if the cuff seams have shrunk in washing, the cuff clamps include hem expanders that may be used only when required.
The cuff clamps rotate, so that Pantastar can finish both creased or uncreased trousers.
The hem expanders may be used to restore the shape of the hem, when the seams of the cuffs have shrunk during washing. This is especially useful with wetcleaned trousers.
The built-in legger press of the Pantastar is more advanced than other leggers in the market
After finishing the top, the Pantastar folds the trousers for pressing. Operator’s handling is kept to a minimum and alignment errors are avoided.
The pressure of the presses is adjustable and programmable, so that the machine automatically select the right pressure for the type of trousers that you are finishing.
The presses inject steam in selected areas of the leg, concentrating steam on the creases, so as to minimize the side seam impression on the good side.
The Pantastar is available in two styles. You may choose between a press that finishes the crease high to the waistband or a press that finishes the crease low, to the crotch.
During the operation, the error detection program is always active in background. It immediately warns the user in case of anomalies and allows prompt and clear notification to the service technician.
The USB interface makes it possible to keep the software updated to the last version, or send log files for error detection.
La pressa incorporata in Pantastar è più avanzata delle presse gamba pantalone in commercio.
Dopo aver stirato il bacino, Pantastar piega i pantaloni per la pressatura. I tempi di intervento dell’operatore sono ridotti al minimo e si evitano errori di allineamento.
La pressione di pressatura è regolabile e programmabile, in modo che Pantastar scelga automaticamente la pressione idonea al tipo di pantaloni che si stanno stirando.
Le presse vaporizzano selettivamente la gamba, concentrando l’emissione di vapore nella zona delle pieghe.
Questo minimizza la possibilità che resti il segno della cucitura laterale sul diritto del tessuto.
Pantastar è disponibile in due modelli: uno che stira la piega posteriore fino all’altezza della cintura, e un altro che stira la piega posteriore solo fino all’altezza del cavallo.
